I recently had a custom kitchen designed and installed by ORENDA, and the entire experience was absolutely delightful and stress-free. From the very first design consultation to the final delivery and installation, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Mrs. Maria Nedelcu, Mr. Philipp Geißler, and Mr. Hotz for their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Mr. Philipp Geißler, in particular, was incredibly meticulous. He identified and addressed several important details early on that I would have otherwise overlooked. He guided me patiently and knowledgeably through the selection of materials, appliances, and color combinations, always offering well-considered alternatives tailored to my preferences and budget. Every request for adjustments or changes was handled promptly and effectively. One of my special requests was to find a way to separate the kitchen from the living room to reduce noise and cooking odors. Mr. Geißler provided excellent support on this as well and recommended a glass door partition solution that turned out to be far better than my original idea — both aesthetically and functionally. Even after the kitchen was installed on time and to a very high standard, when one of the appliances showed a defect, Mr. Geißler helped coordinate with the supplier, and a technician came promptly to replace the unit without any hassle. I truly appreciated the high level of service, professionalism, and reliability ORENDA delivered at every stage. Nachdem wir in keinem der großen Einrichtungshäusern im Raum HD/MA ein für uns passendes Bett gefunden haben, kamen wir auf die Idee, mal bei Bett und Couch um die Ecke reinzuschauen. Wir wurden direkt sehr freundlich begrüßt. Nachdem wir wirklich sehr, sehr gut beraten wurden und alle unsere Sonderwünsche, inklusive Sonderlänge, bei unserem neuen Bett berücksichtigt werden konnten, waren wir so begeistert, dass wir direkt bestellt haben. Auch die Lieferung und Montage durch Herrn Mattukat liefen einwandfrei. Hier haben die Beratung und die Möbelstücke definitiv Qualität!! Vielen Dank!
