Hi Kaan I bought a Citroën ë-C4 from Autohaus Sukusu and was serviced by their employee, Kaan Ayyildiz. The level of service up until the payment had dropped, there is nothing to complain about, but afterwards the level of information dropped considerably. However, the problem became apparent when the car was delivered. Despite a specific inquiry about scratches and dents (which was dismissed with some vague talk that "the car was used and was in the condition you could expect as such"), I received a car with several significant dents and even more clear and deep scratches. It might not be surprising if it weren't for the fact that it was only two years old and had driven 6,500 km (!) Some of the damage can probably be repaired via dent correction and polishing, but more will require repainting of larger areas of the car. At the same time, it turned out that the car had neither heat in the windscreen nor the seats, as was otherwise stated in the advertisement. However, the dealer disclaims all responsibility and has since remained silent. I can therefore only advise against placing any trust in the dealer, who apparently disregards any form of morality and decency in his eagerness to sell a vehicle.
