Egal, was mich plagt, hier finde ich immer wieder Heilung. Herr Seiffert nimmt sich immer Zeit, hört aufmerksam zu und erklärt jede Therapie. Seine Assistentin ist sehr freundlich und einfühlsam.

I had my first pregnancy massage with Dorothea, and it was amazing. I went there for sciatica, back pain, and shoulder/neck stiffness, and you can tell from the first moment she knows what she is doing. Practice is very clean, and Dorothea has such a wonderful and kind energy herself. For the expats - she speaks perfect English, so no barrier there. Overall, one of the most effective and best massages I had (and not just in Berlin). I will be definitely coming back.

Massage with Susi was amazing! This place is a total hidden gem- in the back and quiet underground it’s very relaxing. The front desk is welcoming the amenities and facilities well appointed. If you need to get away from it all, this is a good place to go.

This is the WORST massage I’ve ever been to. Starting with the lady at the entrance that tried to over charge us (me and my friend) for the massage a few times in various ways (one time she tried to make us pay for the towels in which they use at the massage , another time she tried to give us less change back ect ect...) , and then the “massage” itself... I wanted to charge my phone while I was getting the massage and the “massage lady” didn’t let me plug my phone in order to charge it while I was getting the massage... We paid for an hour of massage 60€ while we actually got at the end 45 mins of touching us around and not actually massaging properly, after 45 mins they told us that it’s over, they got out of the room and 2 mins later they started rushing us to dress up saying “the next costumers are coming” I don’t believe they’re qualified to give massages, the massage didn’t fee professional at all, this place is a scheme and if you’re smart you shouldn’t visit it. I highly recommend you to NOT go there.

"“We don’t treat the symptom, we treat the cause.” is the motto of this Praxis and I believed it. But the experience was totally the opposite. Here is what it happened. Physiotherapist : Atemg Nanjapa (Sunny) Session 1 : The PT checked if there is any structural damage and found nothing but hamstring being tight. Decided to run on treadmill in the next session. Session 2 : Ran on the treadmill and he bluntly said that my feet landing is bad (from eye approximation) and suggested to land on complete foot. No solution for knee pains. Session 3 : I followed what I said and got severe hip pains, my achilles and calves were sore. In the session he put on tapes on my achilies and told to run after 3-4 days (which I did). Session 4 : I had to argue with him saying that what he is suggesting is not right as he is clueless and did not find out what went wrong that is increasing my knee pains. He fixed my hip alignment and gave a couple of exercises. (So, he was fixing symptoms, having no clue what could be wrong) Session 5 : Already 2 weeks over and my achilies tenderness did not go away. He suggested to put on ice, even though I repeatedly said that I am not for quick fix and my expectation was that he should have known when to sue RICE. He lacks the basics of Physiotherapy. And it is evident that he has absolutely no clue of running mechanics. Otherwise, he could have found in session 3 that all is caused by tight hip flexor (as I got hamstrings tight all the time and then butt and back pains). He gave some stretching for calves and quads (!!!!). No exercise for core or anything. I am horrified by so little knowledge of this PT who could not connect the symptoms together and infer something. Each time he was mentioning about phase 1, 2 and 3 of the treatment thinking that there is no end of our appointments. He treated the patients as if they are Guinea pigs. Having no structure and documentation of the treatments, he was basically listening to the patient's complaint for that day and providing some patchwork sort of solutions. Disgusting experience. Never ever choose this Physiotherapy who is named as Sunny in other reviews, if you have got some running related issues because that would be the waste of your time and money. Also, you do not need to show your PT with no equipment how you run on a treadmill. For that, you can get a professional running analysis or some expert who achieved a lot in the field of running and knows stuffs. Furthermore, he talks trash and wastes your valuable time of the appointment by sharing he has double degree in his field. His treatment barely showed his expertise in this field of Physiotherapy. He needs to improve on his professionalism also which I found the other PTs in the same Praxis have.

Ich habe eine Terminanfrage an die offzielle Praxis E-Mailadresse gestellt unter Angabe meines Wunschzeitraums, der Massageart sowie der Massagedauer. Daraufhin kamen zweimal unhöfliche E-Mailantworten von Herrn Nölle, bei denen: a) Jegliche Grußformeln gefehlt haben b) Man scheinbar als Kunde bei jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter nach möglichen Terminen fragen soll, anstatt dass die Terminkoordination eigenständig und gebündelt innerhalb des Praxisteams erfolgt.
