The service is terrible in this store. the employees are very rude. The shop is located in the old town and they should employ nice and friendly staff who know English and other languages ​​in this shop. The old lady could only speak german and the guy knew an average english. the old lady and this guy are completely unsuited to customer service. I have lived in many countries and I am sure that in Vienna, for example, they would have lost their jobs a long time ago for such behavior. They wouldn't even get a job in the market.
