Nach 10 Wochen in der Tagesklinik kann ich sagen: Das Therapeutenteam (einschließlich Anton) und die Klinik sind großartig. Besonders die tiergestützte Therapie (TGT) mit Anton und Frau Brings waren bei mir hilfreich. Ebenso habe ich von der Ergotherapie (Kunsttherapie mit Frau Hinze) profitiert und viel hiervon in meinen Alltag gerettet. Vielen Dank an das stets perfekt vernetzte Team. Sollte ich je einen „Auffrischungskurs“ benötigen, komme ich wieder.

Very bad experience. Several months ago, my wife took our sick teenage daughter to the clinic for a meeting to discuss whether they are the right place. She drove five hours to the appointment, only to be told after a fairly short conversation that they weren't the right place for cases like our daughter's. This information could have been provided by the clinic after a brief review of the documents submitted by us, without asking my wife for a physical meeting. My wife was very upset about this unprofessional approach. What was even more strange was that we then received an invoice from the clinic for this appointment. My wife didn't request the appointment. The conversation was not a therapeutic conversation. It didn't serve my wife or daughter. As consumers, we were not made aware of the costs for this appointment, which was in the interest of the clinic (by the way, it should be noted that other clinics my wife had visited in the past did not charge any costs for such appointments). When I wrote an email to the head of the clinic to complain about this, I received no answer. Months later I got a letter threatening to sue us. Anyway, very upsetting to see this little regard for other people's time and for my daughter's welfare, and that they charge fees for treating us badly.
