Beginners are not welcome in this place. The staff is not helpful at all, just do the auto checking your self in a computer, give them the money and sign you take all responsibility of what happens there. Then do not bother them with anything. Bad faces for asking them how does anything work. No indications on how to begin with the easier ways. Not even informing which equipment you need to be safe. We paid almost 20€ per person for 4 hours. We could save the day because some climbers there could take 1 min to explain the basic 1 min to show us how to be safe. But I'd not recommend the place unless you already know everything and just need some walls. Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. To top it up, 20min before closing they were calling people to go out.
