I would give 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately I am very disappointed in this Autohaus. I found a car on Autoscout and since the reviews on this place are so good I decided to go and check the car. I contacted them on WhatsApp asking for an APPOINTMENT to check and TRY the car. I was not really welcomed there, the first approach was terrible, the guy at the desk told me "the car is on the 2nd floor, you can go and see it", not even coming up to show us the car himself. When I saw the car I was really disappointed: the windshield was broken, the car was full of scratches and bumps, the seat covers were super old. It was a completely different car compared to the photos of the website. There was nothing written about the damages, no photos of the detailed bumps and big scratches, they say they would obviously replace the windshield but I still think it would be nice to write something about it. After the initial disappointment, and after driving 1 h and a half to get there, I asked to try the car. The guy told me "I'm gonna be honest with you, it takes me 20 min to get the car down, and after trying it I need to clean it and take it back here, it's not possible". So my question is, am I supposed to buy a car based on trust for somebody that didn't even bother to make a detailed description of the car on the website? No thanks. I had a quick look to other cars but I would never trust this kind of dealers so I left. The worst part is that they didn't even care to apologise, inexistent customer car. Thank you for your bad service and the disrespect you showed towards a customer.
