I bought a beautiful and almost new BMW here. It was a "Jahreswagen" of a little over 1 year old and 4200km on the clock, and in perfect shape. Then why only one star?? Because this company doesn't communicate, pretty much throughout the whole process from the first contact, test drive and delivery. The salesperson is totally not interested in his customer or the product he sells. The worst part of it though, is that I overpaid by 7300 EUR because I paid German VAT on a car that has been exported to and registered in the Netherlands. In accordance with European rules, the VAT should be returned and subsequently paid in the country of registration. The company simply doesn’t respond to any requests regarding reimbursement of the VAT. For me, this experience caused a lot of stress and sleepless nights, and took away most of the “Freude Am Fahren”. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car here, certainly not if you plan on exporting it. I would assume this company would take a similar position on any warranty claims, so it’s better to not buy a car here at all. I will now have to engage with a debt collection agency to get my money back. This company is a total disgrace to BMW dealerships!
