Empfehlenswertes und sehr langlebiges japanisches Restaurant in Mainz. Manchmal muss auf das Essen etwas länger gewartet werden, aber es hat sich immer gelohnt!

We waited for 1 h for our ramen. There is only 2 waiters for the whole place. The broth and the noodles were very tasty and the portion was decent. Unfortunately there was barely any topping, 3 piece of chicken a few spring onion and asparagus. The biggest joke was the egg, it seemed like it had been hard boiled a while ago and then refrigerated, and then chucked into the soup because it was completely cold. I don’t get what takes so long to make a bowl of ramen like that. The service seemed a bit uninterested. The only good point is the price, which is very low compared to other Japanese restaurants especially in this area.

Absolutely the best quality sashimi in a radius of 80km. Sushi is great. Instantly hand made. Original.

Ordered sushi over uber eats, which is delivered by the restaurant itself, so there is limited tracking. Due to phone issues I waited in the lobby of my building/ and in front of the door during the entire estimated time of arrival to catch the delivery person. No one approached the doorbells or tried to deliver the food. 1.5h after my initial order, the order was cancelled on the grounds that I couldn't be found. This is unacceptable costumer service. It is incomprehensible to me how this could have happened had there been any serious attempt at delivering my order.

Wir hatten gestern einen Tisch für 3 Personen um 20 Uhr reserviert. Also wir ankamen, standen 15-20 Personen vor der Tür und drinnen im Restaurant noch weitere Gäste, allesamt (auf Rücksprache mit den Wartenden) mit einer Reservierung. Wir sind dann wieder gegangen. Wenn man Tische doppelt vergeben möchte, sollte man das eventuell ein bisschen intelligenter tun. Einfach eine Frechheit. Wir kommen NIE wieder.

Warum wird alles nurnoch in Kokosmilch Soße angeboten? Nicht jeder verträgt oder möchte alles in Soße schwimmend. Die gebratenen Gerichte waren wahnsinnig gut. So aber nicht mehr. Schade!
