Terrible experience! Very nice sarcastic reply. A young lady opened the door, I explained my mistake and she went in to see if she could help me, another lady came and very gently told me you do have the Tormek on display and she was already walking me down to see it, then the smart Manager arrived and told me he was sorry nothing could be done. Also told me you didn't have any Tormek on display in the warehouse, very little emphatic for a potential customer as I told him I cycled from north Berlin and a lier.
