Highly unprofessional! I ordered a watch through Chrono24 from this dealer. In the advertisement was stated that the watch was available for immediate delivery and that shipment to the Netherlands would be 50 euro. I informed about the condition of the watch, because I had a little concern, but Mario Gensicke replied that everything was flawless. I ordered the watch. Then I got this reply: "Hello Leon! Can we please talk personally about this. This watch is currently still in service and will not be back for about 3 weeks. I can not send a watch of this value. The logisticians have a maximum insurance of 25.000 €. We would have to make a personal delivery here please.
