Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe im Hotel und haben dort auch abends gegessen. Alles war super und völlig unkompliziert. Essen und Frühstück perfekt, auch die Bar zum Ausklang des Abends. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig und die Lage am Rhein perfekt. Bei tollem Wetter konnten wir im Innenhof frühstücken mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den Rhein

Gerade Pizza geholt und Vitello Tonnato. Pizza sehr wässrig und ölig. Absolutes no go! Die Portion Vitello Tonnato für über 14,70 € ist eine absolute Frechheit. Geschmacklich zwar Prima aber die Menge absolut indiskutable! Uns fällt als Stammkunde seit ca. zwei Jahren auf, dass die Qualität des Essens von Mal zu Mal großen Schwankungen unterliegt. Sehr schade und musste nun einfach mal gesagt werden!

DO NOT GO HERE. There was mold in the bathroom, rooms were dusty, pillows were yellow and the sheets looked like they hadn't been cleaned. On top of that the customer service was atrocious. We had specifically booked this hotel because there was an elevator and wheelchair accessible rooms for my mother. When we get there they tell us the lift isn't working even though we told them in advance that we were coming with a wheelchair. Then booked us on the second floor in what they called an accessible room but it was not. The bathroom was too small to do anything. They told us the lift could be used for my mother and there was a sign saying the lift was not to be used until the 6th of March and the next day when my dad used the lift(7th) the reception yelled at him and pointed to the signs. When confronted they told us that it was our fault and that we should have checked that everything was working. So, don't go here.
