I will not enter this place again. I paid too much, without clarity on that, and got a very bad result. Details follow, photo of the result attached (right after the colour and 1 after a second appointmentto fix that, slightly better but still not ok). 1. Result. The task I asked for was to cover my gray hair (mostly on the front) entirely, preferably with a solution which would not require me to come fix the regrowth every few weeks. A friend suggested me the "inoa" coloration, as it is natural. I asked if that would do for me, giving some "movement" with a lighter colour used together with my natural nuance. The hairdresser nicely helped me select two colours and started colouring. She did one strand with one colour, leave one strand pure, and colour the next with the other colour. I noted that in this way most of my gray hair would not be covered, but I was reassured "they will be few and I will be the only one to notice". To make the story short, despite a second appointment offered for free to fix the many hair that were still very visible in the front, the result was as per photo on the dame day of the fixing. Essentially, few less than before I enter the place, but surrounded by in a mix of colours. Noted even by my boyfriend, which would not note if I had a pineapple as hat. 2. Unclear price. I knew I would pay around 70 euros as per leaflet, as I declined additional treatments. A second young hairdresser asked if I wanted to phon myself or she would do. I asked for the price and she said "80€ with phon". I agreed and let her do. I go to pay (after being offered a second appointment to fix the colour) and the sum they ask me is 205€...! I flag there must be a mistake and I got mix with another client. There was not, they said, the phon was additional 55 plus not clear xyz I didn't ask for. The first hairdresser took over and reduced here and there in the system (could not see what, but I understood sth like the lenght of the hair and additional treatments that were accounted for) to adjust the price, which went down to 125€. I still complained it was not what agreed and very high. I was going to clean a renovated apartment right after and would have never paid that much to do that with a nice hairdo...! I have been told i should not complain , "it was almost the half of the original price I got!". She could have asked me 1300 so I was a tenth! That was the last money they see from me, so I went away but would suggest you not to repeat my mistake. That would pay back already. Enjoy somewhere else :)

Rojin ist eine Künstlerin und hat ein Auge für Schönheit und Präzision. Von morgens um 10 Uhr bis spät in die Nacht ist nicht eine einzige Haarklammer rausgefallen. Die Frisur sah Top aus und ich habe sehr viele Komplimente erhalten, welche ich an Rojin weitergeben möchte.❤️ Es ist nicht einfach eine Super Stylistin zu finden, aber sie ist definitiv eine davon. Vielen vielen Dank meine Liebe💞💞💞

Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Die hat mir meine schönen langen Haare zerstört mit blondierung. Die Haare sind alle am Waschbecken abgebrochen. Leide bis heute an meinen kaputten Haaren und das ist jetzt mehrere Monate her . Die brechen bis heute noch ab. Die hat sich noch nichtmal entschuldigt oder Einsicht gezeigt. Stadtesseen machte die alle Lichter aus bis ich die Polizei informieren musste.

unhöflicher, fast schon unverschämter Friseur, Haare wurden nicht annähernd so geschnitten wie zuvor vereinbart. Fragen wurden unzureichend bis überhaupt nicht beantwortet, anstatt dessen wurde geschwiegen und extrem genervt auf sie reagiert. Insgesamt habe ich mich in dieser mehr als unfreundlichen Atmosphäre leider sehr unwohl gefühlt. Schade, das war den ohnehin viel zu hohen Preis absolut nicht wert.

Achtung Abzocke und versteckte Kosten . Das war mit Abstand der schlechteste Service den ich erlebt habe . Meine Haare sehen nach dem Friseurbesuch katastrophal aus
