Ich bin absolut begeistert ,nach dem ich eine Gewisse Zeit meine Wohnung nicht Vermietet bekam dachte ich ok es liegt an mir .Nein es muss nur ein Profie dran und siehe da es klappt .Super ich Danke der sehr sehr für die tolle Hilfe und gebe 5 Sterne ,sehr zu empfehlen und sehr gut aufgehoben

This is the first negative review I am ever posting but such behavior cannot go unnoticed and I believe other tenants and owners should be aware. I was in a desperate situation of finding a flat to move in, together with my small child and after having a viewing of a flat, the agents have completely ghosted me although I have many times informed them I have a child and I am total time pressure . I called, emailed, texted on whatsapp, all I asked was for them to tell me yes or no, I understand just please, do let me know because each day matters to me with a small child. Completely disrespected me, my time and my vulnerability. If I had a million euros house to sell I bet they would have replied, called and chased my answers but considering these times when everybody is searching for a flat it is just so easy to disregard one simple mother who kept calling and asking for their reply so I can move on and accept other offers. I would give less than 1 star if it was possible for the shameful attitude and mocking me.
