Ich sollte ein bestelltes Rezept abholen. Ich wurde von einer der Damen in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton und einer lustlosen Mimik gefragt , was ich wolle. DER TON MACHT DIE MUSIK.!!! KEIN GUTER EINDRUCK, SCHON BEIM BETRETEN DER PRAXIS.

since 5 years my wife and i we are patienten by doctor Besmil in the begining(before covid ) every thing was perfect ,until covid come and her employee gave me a wrong information over the phone and even when the doctor called me and trying to explain her ,she said that i wrongly intrestand her and i am accusating this problem ,well i said it´s a difficult time and maybe it´s me that i didnt hear clearly ,but the problem since then their behaviour changed against me and my wife ,every time we are sick ,we call ,the employee take diagnostic and dont give us appointement to see the doctor to check us well ,i dont know if the doctor still come to the pratice but since 2019 i didnt see her,even when we are sick ,they just give us medical certificate and we come from the door to take it,this time i am so sick ,i called and same thing they gave medicament without seeing the doctor ,i didnt feel better that´s why i looked for some thing that can help me and i decided to visit a warm place with a beach maybe it help me beach water ,but unfotunatelly it didt help me ,when i come back ,i called her and clearly asked for a "real "appointement with doctor ,she didnt want to give me the first time and then i insisted that i am so sick since 2 months,and the doctor need to check me , she told me the assitant ,by the way it´s the same assistant that she gave me the wrong information before and her name on the web site is Mrs Jantscha ,that i can come next week to take my blood as normal check and then once i finish i can see the doctor ,today i arrived ,they tooked my blood ,and then they told me that i dont have a appointement to see the doctor .well her employee said that i didnt tell you that i told you it´s vedio appointement and you are wrong , i am pretty sure this time that she never mention this word when i called her on the phone ,i told her you didnt mention that and i clearly told you that i need to see the doctor ,she insisted that i am wrong ,then i told then when this vedio call,she said that the doctor will call me tomorrow or after tomorrow ,she didnt even gave me that vedio appointement ,well i never had such problem with doctors before ,this is the first time ,but this really unprofessional and so racist against us ,it could be that the doctor dont want to see us any more that why her employee reacting like this to us.this can not be a generalist practice to help people when they are sick .

Für eine sehr professionelle Praxis sind die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr angenehm, ich bin sehr gerne dort Patient und meine Ärztin Juliana Sandoval Arias ist sehr kompetent

Es ist unglaublich. Man benötigt eine Bescheinigung für die Krankenkasse. Obwohl ein Pflegefall vorliegt und die Wohnung nicht verlassen werden kann, kann die Bescheinigung nicht zugesandt werden. Auch nicht, wenn man die Überweisung des Briefportos oder die Zusendung eines Freiumschlags anbietet. Geraten wird, doch das Pflegedienstpersonal zu schicken. Ernsthaft? Abrechnung des Personal des Pflegedienstes gegenüber 80cts Porto, die sogar erstattet werden??? Man kann hier technisch nicht weniger als 1 Stern abgeben, aber gerechtfertigt ist nicht ein einziger Stern, das widerspricht allem an Kundenservice und sogar allen wirtschaftlichen Handelns......

Ich bin nach einem Umzug aus HB Walle nach Blumenthal seit 2019 beim Internisten Herrn Krämer Patient in dessen HGM Praxis .Die Behandlungen sind dort sind sehr kompetent dort und das Netzwerk zu Fachärzten / innen betrachte ich als ausgezeichnet .Auch die med.fachangestellten gehen sehr verständnisvoll mit den anvertrauten Patienten um . Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit HGM Praxis in Lüssum

Die Damen und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, trotz Termin eine Stunde warten lassen, am Ende sagt HERRN GABERT, mit unerwartete Antwort und sehr unverschämtes Tun „wenn sie hier nicht gefällt, suchen Sie eine anderen Arztpraxis“. NIIIIIIIE WIEDER
