I would like to tell my perfect experience with KÖ-HAIR klinik to you. On April, I had a meeting with Mr. Finkenrath in Frankfurt am Main and he told me everything with in detail about hair transplant operation and process. After that, I have decided to make that operation in KÖ-HAIR. He was so friendly and he really knows his job. After the appointment confirmation, Mr. Finkenrath helped and supported about my all questions till operation day. On 08.09.2022, I went to Düsseldorf klinlk for the meeting before operation. My doctor was Mr. Firas Kour and he was really amazing person. He is so friendly and helpful. He explained everthing to me and answered my questions properly. He really gave confidence to me. On 09.09.2022, I went to Düsseldorf klinik again for the hair transplant operation. Mr. Firas Kour has welcomed me and he told me process one more time. After that, they shaved my hair and process has been started. Injections, collecting of FUEs, lunch break, drawing of ne hair-line, short break, reconstructing and PRP injection (just 2 small needles) has completed between 08:00-16:45. After the all operation completed, we have talked with Mr. Firas Kour and he said if I have any problem, just call them directly. Before leaving, they gave me a bag with hair shampoo, aloe vera spray, pain killer, antibiotic, to-do list after the operation (washing, cap wearing, sleeping etc.) and some medical stuffs and they have requested upload selfie to patientportal everyday. This is my 4th day after operation and I have received an e-mail for the first wash of my hair. Also, I received an SMS for the comment of uploaded selfie. This is great, because after the operation they are following-up. Thus far, I am really satisfied for the choosing of KÖ-HAIR Klinik and I strongly recommended.

Ich muss sagen ich bin von dieser Klinik und der Beratung dort nicht gerade begeistert ich hab mich jetzt für eine andere Klinik entschieden ( auch hier in DE) und dort auch die Transplantation vornehmen lassen aber ich möchte hier noch mal sagen dass die hier empfohlenen Methoden rückständig / nicht aktuell sind! Es wird noch die FUT Methode angeboten, die im Spenderbereich eine große offene Wunde hinterlässt. Und eine viel längere Heilungszeit braucht. Und auch ansonsten ist man hier gegenüber verschiedenen unterschiedlichen Haartypen nicht gerade offen eingestellt (zB. Krauses Haar oder dickes Haar) Es werden auch teure Tests die ansonsten meiner Erfahrung nach nirgendwo für nötig gehalten werden mit in Rechnung gestellt (Wobei man hier dazu sagen muss dass für den Fall dass man diesen Test besteht die Kosten dafür von den OP Kosten verrechnet werden) wenn nicht bleibt man nach den Test Kosten sitzen Ansonsten ist man hier aber freundlich und beantwortet Fragen ZeItnah.
