Nach 14 Monaten und vielen Telefonaten war es dann endlich möglich meine Kaution wieder zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation zwischen den Mitarbeitern erfolgt gar nicht. Es wurde mir am Telefon mehrmals versichert, dass die Kaution bereits überwiesen wurde. Dem war aber nicht so. Nie wieder.
