As a regular visitor to this market in Düsseldorf, I have always enjoyed the overall atmosphere and the wide variety of Asian products it offers. However, during my recent visit, I observed a lack of consistent customer service. A Caucasian lady at the Cashier, not only failed to engage or communicate with customers, but she did not utter a single word or make any friendly eye contact throughout the entire transaction.
