I would give a zero star if I could. I purchased over 10k of furniture and 2 chandeliers from this company and it has been nothing but a customer service nightmare for almost 8 months! I revived a broken crystal chandelier that I paid over 600 euros for that I’m still trying to get the replacement parts sent to me. The other items were a nightmare to receive as well. A let of unanswered , phone calls , emsils…. The sofa set I bought is very sturdy and well made frame, the cushions however are another story, only been a few months off normal wear by 2 responsible, below average weight adults and need to be replaced. Buyers beware
