Wir haben Herrn Eckes anlässlich einer Besichtigung kennengelernt. Der Termin war gut vorbereitet und auch die Nachbearbeitung perfekt. Alle Unterlagen standen zur Verfügung. Alle Fragen wurden ausgiebig beantwortet. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Termin mit einem sehr sympathischen und kompetenten Makler. Gerne empfehlen wir Herrn Ecken weiter.

I have been on the housing market for about two years now and have dealt with about five different Realtors (Maklers) here in Germany. Furthermore, I come from a family of real estate brokers so my opinions are also based on comparisons to others in the profession. Immobilien Praß ranks as the worst agency in terms of communication, transparency, honesty, and client-customer courtesy. Most worrying, is that Mr. Praß is deceptive about how offers on a house will be handled. My evidence indicates that Praß will encourage an offer on a house under the false pretense that that offer will create a dialog with the owner that may result in a sale or further negotiation. In reality Praß will use this offer as a starting point to attract other higher offers from other parties (while not informing the original buyer); this inevitably drives the house price up. Mr. Praß does this without informing the client(s) that any of this is taking place. If you chose to "work" with this company be ready to chase them for updates on your potential offer and expect to have very little direct control over communication with either the seller or the agent. From start to finish my experience with Praß was unsatisfying, rushed, and his communication "skills" perfunctory.
