Absolut empfehlenswerte Klinik für alle Paare, die sich eine kompetente und menschliche Beratung und Betreuung durch die Erfüllung des Kindeswünschen wünschen. Auch Transgender-Paare oder Gleichgeschechts-Paare sind im Kinderwunsch Centrum München herausragend gut behandelt. Die Terminvergabe über das Online Formular funktioniert reibungslos, der Rückruf-Service ruft spätestens am nächsten Tag zurück und das Leistungsangebot des hervorragenden Ärtzeteams macht diese Klinik auch für Patient:innen, die weit weg von München wohnen, sehr attraktiv.

The Kinderwunsch Centrum in Pasing is not a good place to be for such a sensitive topic as wanting to get pregnant. It is a nightmare to get an appointment (you cannot call, you need to request a "ruckservie" online and wait for them to call you, and if they call in a time you can answer (often is a bad timing or they just let the phone ring for a very short time so you can't really take the call...) they are very rude. We didnt even have a discussion with the doctor or i wasnt even asked what service I would like, but i was recommended that my husband should come in and make a spermiogram as " we need to look at the problem from the other side too" even though I told them we already have daughter, so that should not be the first to check. After I said I need to discuss this with my husband, I was told they cannot help us if we dont do that first. If we do decide to do it I should request again the "ruckservice" which I did, but they never called me back. I assume they wrote something like: "dont call this person, if she request it via website". Very insensitive, very rude, I even went physically to the Centrum and asked if I could get an apointment and they said you cannot get an appointment that way. I need to request the ruckservice. So I gave up and went instead at the one at the Oper , I didnt even need an appointment, I just went there, got on the spot a blood sample and had an appointment for the week after. So far that was a great experience. Very nice people too.
