GoogleAttention Please !!! Extremely disappointed with this airport transfer service. The driver did not call upon arrival, leaving us waiting at the airport without any idea of his location. We were at the exit waiting for his call, but instead, he blamed us for a delay and tried to charge extra for “waiting time” when it was due to his lack of communication. On top of that, we were never provided with any information about extra charges for delays or the payment terms. When I asked, they tried to blame me for not reading the rules online, only to realize they never even sent them! Completely unprofessional and unreliable service. Would not recommend.
