Schnell einen Reparaturtermin erhalten, Rad morgens problemlos abgegeben, fast den gesamten Antrieb (Kette, Ritzel, Schalthebel) reparieren/austauschen lassen, Rad abends wieder problemlos abgeholt. Stets sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Besser geht's nicht. Danke!

Sehr mangelhafte Beratung am 9.8.2024 im Obi Markt Bonn Bad Godesberg.Kein Mitarbeiter in den einzelnen Abteilungen zu finden und wenn mal einer kommt ist er für nichts Zuständig.Habe mein Bohrhammer woanders gekauft wo man freundlicher ist. Leider lässt der Kunde das Geld im Markt damit der Mitarbeiter bezahlt wird. Leider hat Obi es nicht mehr nötig

Nice and friendly service, I rented a brand new car, tip top clean and spotless, car was fun to drive. But CAREFUL!!! Unfortunately no full comprehensive insurance available, I asked for the maximum possible insurance. Upon returning the car there was a tiny "Steinschlag" from a tiny rock as I drove past a construction site on the highway. I reported it upon returning the car, the gentleman, very professional and friendly looked around the car, documented it and stated that it shouldn't be a problem, it is a very small indentation on the windscreen. Some days later I get a letter from RKG that I have to pay €750 euros for the damage, as the whole windshield has to be replaced!!! Upon calling and inquiring I was immediately pressed on the urgency of paying the bill, and that CarGlass fix is out of the quesiton as the whole windshield has to be replaced. Seems to be that it is a common occurence as I am not the only client with this issue of "Steinschlag" and exorbitant prices They have great selection of cars, but do it at your own risk! Should you want to avoid such large costs at the end of your rental, go to Sixt, Europe, Avis and get full comprehensive insurance and drive without worry! Very unpleasant end to what was an initially great experience.
