I bought a Volvo XC60 from this dealer and the car had a metallic noise from the engine. Bottom line: broken turbo, broken wastegate rod and the list goes on. the car has been in service for about a month. there were marks on the screws on the heat turbine cover indicating that someone there tried to see what the problem was but didn't finish it. on the purchase invoice, the car appears as a technical asset. In reality it has been in service for a month. I have emailed them about this but so far no reply. the disappointment is quite big because I had other expectations buying this vehicle from a Volvo dealership. With all the respect, i received the car all the problems that i wrote . Dont try to make it like it broke after delivery. If you are curious i have even a video from the company that pick up the car from your place ,with the noise on background, but I was thinking that it was from the environment. The video that I attached is with the old turbo the car came with. so it’s not fair to tell me that the car had the problems after delivery. i’ve asked you in email if the car had problem with the turbo because there was clear that someone took a look there. Now everything is okay I resolved all the problems.
