Schlechteste Erfahrung......die wollen nur Geld kassieren und sagen alle Tricks nicht bis die genug verdient haben. Dieter ist eine der schlechtesten Lehrer....ich empfehle diese Fahrschule keinen.

Sehr gute Fahrschule! Alles läuft über die App und Termine werden wahrgenommen. Außerdem kann ich den Fahrlehrer Sami nur sehr empfehlen.

It's a genuine shame that I have to leave a not-so-positive review for this driving school, as things started out really great at first. I came in with good expectations, given the stellar ratings on here. Firstly, the app and theory practice simulations were quite fantastic. I was able to learn at my own pace, and the exam questions were (mostly) translated into English to allow me to easily comprehend the concepts. It was a fun way to learn the road rules, and I enjoyed the way it gamified the experience. The theory lessons were also a really convenient experience, but note however that now I believe you are required to attend in person. I was able to attend classes at home via Zoom at the time, without the need to travel across the city. The lessons were all in German, but reading material was provided which I could translate myself and follow along. Everything was going great at this point, so I was satisfied, despite the higher-than-average costs compared to most schools. One of the major reasons I chose this school over any others, despite living on the opposite side of Berlin, was all the positive accounts on Google reviews about their English-friendliness. The issue was, that by the time I joined (March 2022), the teacher who had received such high praise had recently left the school. I was assigned Sami as my driving instructor, and I unfortunately cannot say a lot of positive things from this point onwards. His English was serviceable, and he can get his point across well enough, however I was frequently unsatisfied with his temperment. He often got frustrated and shouted at me when I made a mistake, sometimes slamming the brakes in the middle of the road to lecture me instead of allowing us to pull over somewhere safely. Angry teachers are a common concern when it comes to learning to drive, however it definitely impacted my overall enjoyment of my time at the school, and I had no other choices as none of the other teachers could speak English. I was pretty much stuck until the end at that point, unless I paid a bunch more to move schools. During many of my lessons, he spent a good portion of the time on his phone, browsing or talking to somebody, not paying enough attention to what I was doing or putting in much effort to give me feedback on driving. He would often bring his friends with him in the car to talk with, rather than focusing on the lesson. His teaching technique also gave me a bad habit, which I had to unlearn immediately after driving on my own (starting from a stop with clutch only). He was hyper-focused on getting me through the lessons and to the test, which I appreciate, but technique was poorly taught in general. There were also many attempts to pressure me into paying for more lessons than I had agreed to. The day before my first test, my instructor showed up an hour late (seemingly forgetting our appointment), and then tried to charge me for more time, despite it not being my fault we went over. I've heard that the other instructors are much more professional, for what that's worth. If your German skills aren't great, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere first to find somewhere that can ensure you an English-speaking instructor. Sadly, I feel I would've had a much more comfortable experience if I had chosen somewhere else.

Die Fahrschule Cruiser hat mich sehr unterstützt beim Führerschein mit Baby. Nach einer langen Fahrstundenpause durch meine Schwangerschaft hatte ich die Fahrstunden wieder aufgenommen. Das Babychen durfte mitkommen! Die Sonderfahrten konnten zeitlich gesplittet absolviert werden. Ich war echt manchmal mit dem Kopf woanders - aber es hat geklappt. Stets habe ich mich unterstützt gefühlt. Dankeschön, Alex! :-)

Meine Ausbildung bei dieser Fahrschule hat sehr gut begonnen. Die Anmeldung und die Theoriestunden waren super entspannt. Die ersten Fahrstunden mit meinem Fahrlehrer Daniel haben super geklappt und die Organisation war perfekt. Als ich den Beleg für die bestandene Theorieprüfung im Büro abgegeben habe, wurde ich leider nicht darüber informiert, dass mein Fahrlehrer in der Zwischenzeit die Fahrschule gewechselt hatte. Neue Fahrstunden zu vereinbaren, gestaltete sich schwierig, Termine für Sonderfahrten zu erhalten, war zwei Monate lang gar nicht möglich. Bei der Organisation ist danach auch einiges schief gelaufen. Ich hatte nochmal drei (normale) Fahrstunden bei einem anderen Fahrlehrer zum Kennenlernen. Zu jeder dieser Fahrstunden kam der neue Fahrlehrer zu spät, ohne vorab Bescheid zu geben. Das neue Auto war bei jeder dieser Fahrstunde nicht vor Ort, so dass wir jedesmal erst das Fahrzeug holen mussten. Und bei der dritten Stunde hatte das Auto keine Reifen, worüber der Fahrlehrer offenbar nicht informiert worden war, so dass ich vergeblich dorthin fuhr. Schade, ich war anfangs sehr zufrieden und hatte dann das Gefühl, dass sich keiner mehr darum kümmert, wie es nach dem Weggang von Daniel weitergehen kann…

Sehr unhöflicher Fahrlehrer welcher die ganze Zeit nur rumbrüllt und keine vernünftigen Anweisungen gibt. Wenn ihm mal etwas nicht passt wird er schnell Handgreiflich und fässt einem an die Hände. Geht garnicht auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen

I did my Car Driving license (Klasse B) here and passed in the first attempt. I can highly recommend this amazing driving school as everyone was very kind, welcoming, helpful and patient. The practical lessons can be done in English as well as German and he makes sure that you feel comfortable and drive at ease, explains all the rules very well, practices different scenarios, is always motivated and in the end you feel well prepared for the exam! Overall it was a GREAT experience and thank you so much for your support again!

I had a bad experience with this driving school. First they advised me wrongly not to translate my drivers license (I have one from back home) and rather get good practice by doing the full course, which cost double the time and expense. Second, I did all the hours required to do the license from scratch and a couple more lessons. I was ready for the exam. They told me I had to wait. 4 months passed and only got a place for the practical exam after I went personally to Dekra, and they told me the driving schools are responsible for distributing the places for the exam. Someone there also told me that my driving school sounded like a scam. I did the test and did not pass - still don’t get the reason, but Ok, it happens, I just had to do it again before the deadline from the theoretical exam expired. I asked my driving school for a new appointment, as the examiner at Dekra recommended. In Taksim I had signed a contract for to my Audbildung and I had payed for many driving hours (>2000€), but they said they could not help me get a new place for the exam. They’re said that I should look for a new driving school (pay entrance fee, new classes etc.). It was a nightmare, I felt totally scammed. Finding a new driving school is what I had to do and it cost a lot more money, but I finally passed to their good quality (Verkehr human). I recommend you against choosing Taksim as your driving school, even if they seem to have an open and international profile, they might be very kind and on point while they sell you the lessons, but then leave you stranded for the most important part, the exam.
