I want to share that I have had a terrible experience with them. I'd rather give a -5 star which is not possible. I'll explain the height of their negligence. I applied for a prosthesis in November 2023, first they sent a wrong quotation to my health insurance and the claim was rejected. The next time they misinformed my health insurance about the year my last prothesis was made from, without even asking me. The claim was again rejected. I reached out to my health insurance and pled that why should I suffer for their mistake and that they should reconsider the case. My health insurance sent them email requesting further documents which Rehaform didn't respond to. After 2 months I called them and told them that please respond to your mail, then rehaform finally responded. After which they again ghosted my health insurance. My health insurance then suggested me to switch the company ( Rehafrom). Understand that I'm a disabled girl who is single and lives alone. I got my prothesis from another company in November 2024. I have lived 5 months bed ridden due to their negligence.
