Belanglos und gelangweilt…..kompliziert und kein italienischer Flair. Versucht auf was besonderes zu „spielen“ aber es fehl letztendlich die Seele und die Freude im Laden. Man bekommt das Gefühl man muss sich entschuldigen und dankbar sein.

Reinste Schrott, Vinyl Boden dort gekauft für 33 Euro /qm. Der ganze Boden ist katastrophal und das nach paar Monaten.Die suchen den Fehler beim Kunden und ziehen sich jeder Verantwortung.

I give this place four stars because it is as close as it gets to the states. However I do not get the fact that you have to show your ID when buying items at self checkout. But you can't get on post without having an ID. The reason why I noticed this is because I waited at the customer service line for more than 30 minutes one day and figured that if you have more people in customer service then you could save more of the customers time with 1 more person at customer service. Or you could choose option 2 check everyone's ID before you walk in the store which would still defeat the purpose of me writing this anyway if you have to have an ID to get on a military installation anyway. Well it was just a common sense thought I am sure there is a reason for this and I would really like to know.

This review is aimed specifically at the PX itself - not indicative of any individual vendors within the mall complex. Where do i start. Always seem to be out of what I’m looking for. But my biggest gripe is that they have no problem accusing you of theft and messing up careers of active duty. Accused me (by mail) of taking merchandise. AAFES thought it would be great to open an investigation and paint me as a thief. Like they pulled out all the stops. An Investigation was later dropped due to no wrong doing. Months later, after it was apparently settled, They decided to go ahead and just take almost $300 (an inflated amount approximately 6X the amount they originally claimed was missing - that apparently includes cost of pulling tape) out of my pay anyways, regardless of the fact I was shown to be innocent. And I seem to still get followed through the store, but i can’t prove that. that might just be coincidence. If you’re active duty, it’s just easier for them to go to your leadership/MPs and mess you up.
