Zahnarzt - ist immer etwas nervig, besonders bei einem abgebrochenen Backenzahn. Hier jedoch war alles super easy und fast schon entspannend. Sehr professionelle und geschickte Arbeit. Danke Fr. Dr. Elfner & Team

Just called their phoneline to get an appointment. And my German skills are not so good to explain my situation and why I need such appointment. Simply asked the woman on the line if she can speak in English, but all I heard was "Nein". I mean I can understand not everybody have to speak or know English, but concidering the international population of Heidelberg and also Germany, in 2024 I guess someone has to speak in English in such professional environment. But yeah I guess the woman simply didn't wanna help to ask a help from her colleauge or even try to understand what I am gonna ask (We could use English and German mix to communicate somehow). But wasnt so nice to hear a cold "Nein"...I don't suggest foreginers who can't speak in English to call here for any appointment
