We booked a space with them, they asked for the credit card info on their website and thus we assumed that we have already paid for the booking. 1.5 years later we get a letter from the debt collection service saying that we didn't pay for the service and thus have to pay +100 extra. When I explained the situation, they didn't care. Why did they ask for the credit-card info and never charge it? I don't know.

Seit mehr als drei Wochen ist der Aufzug defekt. Dadurch kann ich den sehr teuren Lagerplatz nicht richtig nutzen. Man wird nur unqualifiziert hingehalten. Einen der Geschäftsführer angeschrieben, aber der hat es nicht nötig sich zu melden. Bitte bei denen nichts anmieten.
