Habe dort "Bootsbausperrholz Teak" bestellt und minderwertiges Material erhalten. Schlecht verleimt mit Hohlräumen und entspricht m.E keinem Teak. Lieferzeit länger als angegeben und Versand erst auf Nachfrage. Nie wieder bei diesem Anbieter!

This was, without a doubt, the absolute worst shopping experience we’ve had in a long time—beyond frustrating and utterly infuriating. My partner purchased sailing bibs from Crazy4Sailing, which are handled through Yachticon. They didn’t fit—fine, that happens. But what followed was a nightmare. She ordered through their Swiss online store, yet they refused to cover return postage, forcing us to pay out of pocket. Then, the package was sent back by German customs because the shop didn’t bother to pick it up. We had to resend it ourselves, costing us more time and money. And to top it all off, at the final reimbursement, they had the audacity to deduct another 15 euros for shipping! Their customer service? Absolutely disgraceful—rude, dismissive, and even cheeky when we tried to resolve the issue. The sheer incompetence and lack of responsibility are unbelievable. This is nothing short of a scam, and we will never, ever purchase from them again.
