GoogleIt's a shame. My first experience was top notch.. This time, I conduct online check-in, set appointment that I would wait for the car. I arrive and the front desk tries to have me come back 3 hours later for pick up (oil change and air filter only)... I opt for the free included car wash, even ensured that it reflected on my online check-in. No car wash. Sad, I had heard pretty incredible things about this BMW dealership.
