I contacted Autocenter Stolberg about a car and clearly confirmed my visit for the same day. They confirmed the car was available. Based on that confirmation, I arranged my schedule to travel to view and potentially buy the car. Shortly before my arrival, I was informed that the car was suddenly “reserved” and moments later that it had already been "sold" because another customer had transferred the money. No prior notice, no professional communication. This is not how a trustworthy business should operate. Appointments should be respected and serious buyers should be treated fairly. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable.

Pour tous les francophones qui verront mon avis, je le recommande à 100 %. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. J'ai acheté une BMW 530e chez eux. Moi qui vis en Belgique, l'accompagnement jusqu'à l'obtention de la plaque transit était impeccable. Ils étaient toujours disponibles pour les clients, même après l'achat pour l'export. Bref, je recommande à 1000 %.
