Mein Palak Paneer war leider ziemlich fade. Generell wird hier nicht wirklich nach traditioneller Methode gekocht. Man hat das Gefühl, dass die Küche sich das Leben manchmal zu leicht macht.

I will start from the good things. The setting on the table nice. Large portions as for Michelin-star restaurant. Halibut was excellent. But why is the restaurant serving oysters in early August, when it is not a season for this product? The oysters tasted very bad. If I hadn't eaten oysters before, I would have thought they tasted like this. But the worst was the service: (1) We were offered vodka - it was lunch, we were 3 women incl. teenager and pensioner. (2) Dishes were served randomly from right and left sides (3) Water was poured by a waiter dragging himself across the table instead of approaching the guest from the right side (4) Between courses, the table was not cleaned of baguette crumbs (only before dessert did they do it, so the plates were placed directly on these crumbs). (5) When two of us were in the restroom, they brought ice cream, even though they saw that only one person was sitting at the table (by the time we were all seated at the table, the ice cream was already melted). We felt humiliated by such treatment. Was this a way of showing that we are not welcome in this restaurant?

They have extremely bad customer service, extremely unpolite, extremely rude. Their portions are getting smaller and smaller and the bowls more expensive. And they literally scream to the customer, when they ask (politely) for a bit more portion, like it was before. I could no believe it. I used to come here. After this experience I will never go to this place. They don't even deserve 1 star. I do not recommend it.

Unser Geheimtipp - bester Asiate im Raum Aachen!!! Immer super lecker, sowohl im Restaurant als auch Lieferservice. Lieferservice immer sehr lecker, schnell und zuverlässig. Besonders ist im Restaurant, es ist kein Standard, sondern wirklich besondere und sehr leckere, liebevoll zubereite und angerichte Gerichte. Wir finden sowohl die traditionellen vietnamesischen, als auch die anderen asiatischen Gerichte sehr lecker!! Super netter Service, toll eingerichtet!!! Auch wenn es von außen erstmal unscheinbar wirkt, es ist schön eingerichtet mit Lichtern, Bildern und Aquarium. Und das Essen ist immer sehr sehr lecker: Saucen immer besonders und kein Standard, Fleisch und Gemüse immer frisch und auf den Punkt gekocht bzw. gebraten!! Tip-Top!! Jederzeit wieder und gerne!!

Came here because of the good reviews, but ended up disappointed. Beef rolls are a bit bland, Pho was extremely salty. Chicken with rice and veggie was ok, but overall will not come back
