Nach den guten Bewertungen, die ich hier gelesen habe, bin zu Dr. Neubauer. Die Praxis war überfüllt. An der Anmeldung pures Chaos. Der Arzt war sehr in Eile. Bei einem solchen sensiblen Thema müsste man meinen, dass der Arzt es auch ernst nimmt und hilft. Es wurden keine Behandlungsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt, nicht beraten und Vetrauen ist gleich Null. Sorry, so sollte es nicht laufen.

Immer wenn man einen Termin für akute Erkrankungen braucht, ist nie Kapazität da. Man wird immer weggeschickt… sorry aber dann sollte man sowas nicht auf seiner Website schreiben, das ist eine fehlinformation und für die Patienten echt nicht hilfreich… leider echt schlechter Service

The best care I have ever received here in Germany although the doctor can be more approachable and friendlier. She did all the exams that needed to be done and was very thorough and patient with me. Must add that the best part about this practice are the two employees that I had encountered with. Helga and Melani! They are a true gem! Super kind and caring! Truly made my day! I recommend this practice to anyone that has the need of ophthalmologist.

Für Rheumatologie Patienten: Dr. Ebel ist einer der besten Ärzte, die ich je kennelernen durfte. Ich habe seit einem Jahr mysteriöse Symptome, die mir das Leben extrem schwer machen. Ich werde immer wieder von Ärzen abgespeist und nicht ernst genommen. Dr. Ebel hat mich sehr empathisch empfangen. Anzeichen für eine rheumatologische Krankheit waren negativ und trotzdem hat Dr. Ebel betont, dass er mir gerne helfen möchte, die Ursache meiner Probleme zu finden und mir positiv zugesprochen. Man merkt, dass er sich bei "mysteriösen Symptomen," welche üblich für Rheumatologie Patienten sind, sehr gut auskennt und hoch kompetent ist. Vielen, vielen Dank!

On 18 November I visited Dr Med von Elling, who also recommended a set of blood tests to be taken to (blood tests of 500 EUR to be paid self). The results were promised by the laboratory and reception teams to be sent per email the following day or day after. On 28 November I still had not received them and contacted them again. Selai Osman replied these would be sent to me immediately. Today is 18 December, and I still have not received them. I have had several email and phone contacts with them, and every time they promise to send them to me the same day, but they don't. I chose this practice, as I thought they would be quicker as it is a private instance and you pay out of your own pocket, but I was very wrong. I wish I had never come across or used this practice, as I now lost 5 weeks of time and hundreds of Euros for nothing, and need to retake the blood works at another practice. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.
