Ich habe von Prof.Müller ein Knietep bekommen. Die Operation und die Nachbehandlung verliefen gut. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem neuen Knie.

Kein Gespräch auf Augenhöhe, der Arzt hat sich maximal 5 Minuten Zeit genommen. Auf meine Aussage, dass ich starke Schmerzen habe, kam nur die Antwort, ich solle eben mehr Sport machen. Dass ich bereits mehrere Diagnosen habe und die Schmerzen wieder schlimmer sind, wollte man nicht hören. "Es kann Ihnen kein Arzt helfen, sie haben nichts".

Wir sind mit unseren 3 Kindern dort und fühlen uns immer sehr gut aufgehoben. Die ruhige Art von Herrn Dr. Fackler empfinde ich als sehr angenehm und meine Kinder mögen ihn;-)! Wir wurden bisher immer ärztlich behandelt, auch wenn die Praxis eigentlich mehr als voll war. Man wird Ernst genommen. Danke dafür!

Die Assistenten sind überfordert und unfreundlich und die Wartezeiten sind unendlich. Man hat uns gesagt, dass wir eine Wartezeit von 30 Minuten haben, obwohl wir einen Termin hatten und pünktlich erschienen sind. Am Ende mussten wir 1,5 Stunden warten. Unfassbar!!!! Ist in dieser Praxis anscheinend der Regelfall.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Dort arbeitet ein sehr kompetentes und freundliches Team! Auch die ärztliche Betreuung ist absolut Top*****.

Completely terrible attitude to the patients! They are thinking only about getting money and not about patients' health. If you have an appointment with them even if you are hardly alive you should come on time, but they can cancel the appointment with you only one hour in advance and not be responsible for anything. In more details: I had an appointment to get Holter and to get a checkup at 8:00. But when I woke up at 7:00 I got a strong migraine attack (which unfortunately periodically happens to me and doctors in Erlangen also do not want to investigate the reason for it, but it is a bit another story...). The thing is that a migraine attack can happen any second and it's not possible to know about it in advance. Because practice starts to work from 8:00, I called them immediately and explained what happened and that I'm not able to arrive to them at that day because the only thing what I can do right now - it is to lay down and to try to survive (even during I have migraine attack it's extremely hard for me to talk, I almost see nothing and vomiting, but I called them and explained everything). Next day when I was feeling better I called them again, explained the situation again and asked for the new appointment, but they told me that I already missed my appointment and that if I can not come, I should tell them at least 1 day in advance. And that normally other practices ask for money if a patient didn't come for the appointment. Seems they have no idea what migraine attack is if they really think that it's possible to predict it or to put it into the schedule! (Very lucky people!) Also 2 weeks before that I had another appointment with them to get Holter, which they canceled 1 hour in advance when I already called a taxi to go to them, and already arranged my plans at work according to this appointment. But for them it's only important if the doctor had to wait, but absolutely not important if the patient lost his time, or his plans were ruined by this cancellation. Of course the patient has absolutely nothing to do, absolutely not busy at his work and should only sit and wait if his appointment will work this time or if it will be canceled at the last moment. But a patient can not cancel an appointment even if he is hardly alive. Additionally during this call I had to argue with woman on reception, what was also quite hard to do, because I had a migraine attack just yesterday, and still feel very weak and not fully recovered. Additionally this arguing easily can trigger migraine again, but of course she does not care about it. Absolute disrespect and not acceptable behavior to the patients in this praxis! I will have to search for another practice, but obviously this practice doesn't not care about its patient's opinion and it doesn't not care at all that they are losing their patient right now. As people constantly have health issues, someone else will come, therefore their wallet will always be full anyway, why to care...

Reibungsloser Ablauf, keine langen Wartezeiten, freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr nettes Gespräch mit dem Arzt (im Anschluss an das MRT). Auf Wunsch kann man während dem MRT Musik hören, das war sehr angenehm. Würde hier jederzeit wieder einen Termin vereinbaren. Klasse, Dankeschön! :)

Man sollte leider auch längere Wartezeiten unbedingt einplanen . Angestellte sehr freundlich
