Wir waren bei Prof. Eber mit unserer 7 Monate Alten alten Tochter wegen Verdacht auf eine Blutgerinnungsstörung. Er hat ihr 15 Minuten lang Blut aus dem Kopf abgenommen. 6 Leute mussten sie fixieren. Es war eine Tortur. 2 Wochen später sollten wir die Ergebnisse erhalten. Nach 4 Wochen und aktivem Nachfragen haben wir 2 komplett unterschiedliche Befunde erhalten. Eines wo alles in Ordnung wäre und das andere wo sie angeblich von Willebrand Faktor 2 hätte.

Wir sind als erstes im Zimmer Platz genommen weil wir dachten alles geht schneller, dann ist er bei andere Zimmer gegangen obwohl wir als erstes ausgerufen wurden. Das ist unkorrekt.

Ich verstehe diese tollen Bewertungen gar nicht. Sie hat sich nie die Zeit für den Kleinen genommen. Telefonisch schwer zu erreichen und online ist leider nicht besser

Very good practice. We had our son taken care of here since birth, including all checkups and vaccinations. They are very well stocked, have modern equipment and have everything needed. There are also a few pharmacies nearby, so you can quickly buy any prescription medicine you need. Recently we came in with a very high fever: the practice took us without an appointment, we only had to wait 20 minutes, doctor did all the necessary tests, identified infection and prescribed treatment all in less than 1 hour. They have a laboratory onsite, which certainly helps speed things up if a blood or urine sample is needed. It is also convenient that they have a few parking spots in front of the building: after registering with reception, you can wait in the car to reduce the chance of exchanging viruses with other children. The receptionist will usually come out outside and call your name: just make sure that you watch the entrance and don't miss the call as they won't go around looking for you :-). Reception workers are a bit overworked and hard to reach by phone, but still do their job well. With a bit of patience and an auto-dialer app, it all works out. In my humble opinion, dealing with sick children and their stressed parents is a very difficult job, hence they deserve praise despite being difficult to reach. Dr. Bauer is often in a rush and doesn't want to answer additional questions. Dr. Kölpin and Dr. Eigenmann are much more patient, and explain things very clearly. Still, all are very competent doctors and we feel that our son is in good hands.
