Dr. Livia Katz ist eine äußerst kompetente und aufmerksame Ärztin, die mit großer Fachkenntnis und Empathie arbeitet. Von der ersten Untersuchung an habe ich mich bei ihr immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sie nimmt sich Zeit, hört aufmerksam zu und geht individuell auf die Anliegen ihrer Patienten ein. Ihre Diagnosen sind treffend, und sie erklärt alle medizinischen Zusammenhänge verständlich, sodass man immer gut informiert ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist ihre freundliche und respektvolle Art, die den Arztbesuch sehr angenehm macht. Ich bin sehr froh, Dr. Katz als meine Hausärztin zu haben und kann sie absolut empfehlen! 🤗🤗

I had a very disappointing experience at this practice. While Dr. Katz is a great doctor, the reception staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. This wasn’t just a one-time issue—I gave them multiple chances, thinking it was an off day, but every visit was the same. The receptionist spoke to me arrogantly, even yelling at me, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected. As someone new to the country, I am doing my best to learn the language, but that does not justify such treatment. I have visited other medical practices where, despite language barriers, the staff was always kind and helpful. Unfortunately, that was not the case here, and it felt discriminatory. A medical practice should be a place of care and compassion, but the reception here fails completely in that regard. I will be filing a formal complaint and taking my healthcare elsewhere. If you value respect and professionalism, I strongly recommend looking for a different doctor’s office.
