We decided to buy a property in Berlin. As our son lives there he approached BuyBerlin and they showed him 3 apartments and we have just completed the purchase of one of them. As in Ireland the purchase of a property is quite slow. We dealt with Sam, Gidi & Darrell at various stages and they answered all of our questions promptly. Like most countries bureaucracy is involved. Legal work has to be carried out. Throw in Covid and this delays matters…
