We urge you not to use Blueground This review will probably seem like an over-the-top complaint. But our otherwise decent stay with Blueground was marred by awful, borderline scammy, customer service. We stayed in the Blueground building in Roma Norte, Mexico City. I would leave 0 stars if allowed. Worse customer service ever. They are always in a meeting and never follow back up. Blueground had spaces in great buildings and if it’s an issue with the building, such as ac washer/dryer etc the building will fix it, not Blueground. That’s the only reason for any positive reviews. If you need something addressed that is a Blueground not building issue it will never be addressed or followed up on.

I stayed in a Blueground apartment for a year as I needed someone with all bills included for a short term work project. It was perfect for what I needed and the team were great with communication. Any issues were dealt with very quickly and easily over the app. The apartments are always furnished very well and modern. If you are looking for an easy no fuss stay would highly recommend

Blueground is great to comunicate with, through their app. When we encountered an issue with a blind, they quickly sent someone to fix it. They were very professional and responsive.

I rented an apartment in Athens for two months. As expected, it didn't quite match the spaciousness and cleanliness portrayed in the photos, but that wasn't a shocker. The apartment itself had been renovated, but the building it was in hadn't seen a facelift since the 60s. Very good furnished apartment in a nice area of Zurich. Dog friendly with parking. Blueground were very quick to answer any questions.

Great apartment location. However, a number of maintenance issues in the apartment itself - clearly it had not been serviced in some time. They were remediated but highly disruptive to the stay. Cleaning was booked twice but failed to turn up. Showers needed servicing, dishwasher needed replacing, curtain rail came off the wall, stains on furniture and doors etc. No refuse or recycling instructions. Deposit not repaid within contractual period.
