I applied to multiple apartments from BIDDEX, and every time I got follow-ups pretty quick to let me know if we got invited to the viewing or not; they were also scheduled early which was fantastic. Even when I applied Ms. Zakai was kind enough to let me know that my profile was incomplete (new to Berlin), and which documents were missing. She also replied consistently to my messages inquiring about updates.

I can only tell positive things about BIDDEX. They are by far one of the most modern real states in Germany, making the end-to-end process easy and fast, from the viewing till the application and the contract. They are extremely kind and professional. Thank you! Having such a real states agencies like this one is amazing in the current challenging situation to find flats in Berlin.

Mehr Schein, als Sein, überheblicher Auftritt. Automatisierte Antworten auf mehrere Anfragen, unflexibel bei Terminänderungen, nicht erreichbar und kommunikativ sehr mau, bis zum 'Totstellen'. Gekaufte Bewertungen machen aus BIDDEX keinen seriösen und Kundenorientierten Makler. Wir sind woanders fündig geworden, mit "echtem" Maklerkontakt.
I had the best experience with them in Berlin. They showed me the house and they were arranging the appointments on time. Also while I was making a deal, everybody in the office were so kind to me. All the details have been conveyed. All of my questions have been answered perfectly and they were incredibly kind. Special thanks for Verowski brothers, you really know how to do this job!
Samstag Wohnungsbesichtigung und Mittwoch schon Mietvertrag unterschrieben, das gibts nur hier. Die Kommunikation ist 1A und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundliche und verständnisvoll. Auf alle Fragen wird eingegangen und jede Unklarheit ausgeräumt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

I can only say good things about the team at Biddex. They are super professional and bring a human touch to the difficult Berlin property market. The properties they list are high quality and fairly priced. I mostly interacted with Robert who was available, knowledgeable and honest.
Habe Samstag die Wohnung besichtigt und heute den Vertrag unterschrieben, Herr Gelerman ist sehr freundlich und zu vorkommend, kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Kunden und hat immer ein offenes Ohr, kann ich nur weitempfehlen. Und wenn ihr keine Wohnung bekommt bei der Firma dann braucht man hier auch keine schlechte Bewertung geben, sucht einfach weiter.

Äußerst zuverlässiger und freundlicher Partner für alles im Kontext (Ver-)Mieten und (Ver-)Kaufen. Der Prozess war schnell, professionell und äußerst menschlich.
