Ich bin gestern in diesem Haar-Salon beim Emanuell gewesen! Mit meiner Haarfarbe bin ich absolut happy, aber nicht mit meinem Haarschnitt! Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre!
Service is terrible. Whoever manages appointments and does reception is very unpleasant to deal with. Appointments being rescheduled without proper notice, whatever was communicated via phone actually is not correct and when you try to talk to them they dont understand (is it a language barrier?) and are in no way willing to assist and find a solution. Customer service feels very different to me.
Extremely bad management. Better to say there is no management at this place. You have an appointment but you need to wait for 1,5 h before your hairstylist will finish their job. Probably you might forgive it once, twice... But it is happening on a regular basis. The worst was when my appointment got cancelled, no one informed me. Ich bin seit einigen Jahren Kundin bei Anna S und bin immer wieder sehr, sehr zufrieden. Eine internationale Atmosphäre, ein super kompetentes Team und das beste, die Haare sehen immer natürlich aus, trotz Farbe. Eine Auszeit mit Wohlfühlfaktor.
I have curly hair that I let air dry. Went I made my appointment online I was quoted 60€ to have my roots colored, no blow dry. They said it wouldn’t be a problem to do this. I was just charged 90€ because they said they “have” to charge me for a blow dry even if I don’t get one. They wouldn’t lower the cost even though I was quoted something different on the phone yesterday.
Nachdem ich ungefähr 5 Frisöre in Prenzlauer Berg ausprobiert habe, habe ich endlich meine Frisörin gefunden! Fantastic salon with a lovely experience and products. I’ve been coming here for a year now and both Barry and Melanie do a fantastic colour & cut, especially blonde highlights. Both are native English speakers. I definitely recommend the salon.
I am a regular customer and have been so for many years. I have tried different hairdressers and have always been satisfied with cut and highlights. I like the atmosphere in the salon, and that it is so centrally placed at Prenzlauer Berg, and I would warmly recommend it to others.
